Champlin’s Marina and Resort
The marina is one of New England’s largest resorts on a historical property overlooking New Harbor. With views extending to the east side of the island, Open through Labor Day, the property has some of the fastest wi-fi on the island. The hotel rooms are some of the largest on the island, all with private bathrooms, and ocean views. There are a few island view rooms and from the decks, you’ll always see the harbor.
The property has two restaurants: the Galley House and the cafe. The Galley House offers a fine dining experience while the Cafe offers late-night pizza and easy-to-go sandwiches. Both restaurants offer fantastic gluten-free and dairy-free options — you must try their gluten-free pizza, it’s some of the best crust I’ve ever had.
Get Married on a Waterfront Block Island Wedding Venue
With one of the most spectacular views, you can set your ceremony overlooking New Harbor, and the boats. If you time your ceremony right, you could end right when the cannons blow at sunset. Follow your ceremony with cocktail hour and reception on the lawn at Champlin’s to continue enjoying the best sunset views on the island.
