A Newport engagement session.
Andrea & Weston are SO excited for their Newport wedding next winter! They’ll be getting married at the Newport Marriott right downtown on the same night as the Christmas Tree Lighting. So, of course, we did a Newport Engagement Session.

With their guests in mind, the couple will finish pictures before the cocktail hour so that they can enjoy the day with their family and friends — also putting some time between the end of the ceremony and cocktail hour so folks can enjoy Newport!
Getting to know Newport Rhode Island
For them, Newport is their spot. Brahmin’s is one of their favorite stores and they adore dinner out in downtown Newport. There are plenty of places to go for dinner in Rhode Island. We chose to do the session at sunrise in winter as Newport is crowded and busy during the summer.
For their Newport engagement session, we casually strolled through Newport in the early morning, stopping where ever the light hit a beautiful spot or something intrigued us. This is what engagement sessions are for: time to connect, to get to know one another and to show a photographer your favorite little town.
